Velocity Facial Cleanser Where

Addendum: A Bianchetti is not a desert truffles!

This very sandy thing forgot I did my report on truffles. It is worth noting, however, because it leads to confusion and disappointment.

Some years ago I bought a handful of very small white truffle, known Bianchetti, which for about 400 € per kilogram offered. Bianchetti truffles, Tuber albidum is harvested in March in Italy and may vary from year to year in quality. Sometimes it smells almost like a real truffle although it is sharper in flavor and less aromatic than a real white truffle.

In memory of it I bought this in January, a few grams Bianchetti. But the time of the acquisition should have given me to thinking, which the Bianchetti is yes harvested from March. What I got was not but a so-called Tuber Tuber albidum terfezia, a desert or Kalahari truffles from North Africa, in my case from Morocco. My dealer asked for truffles only a few euros for 100 grams, which in the end but was too much. This very sandy, dry and completely tasteless was good for something not even for decoration

desert truffles. Terfezia from Morocco.

So beware: A Bianchetti is a tuber albidum and no terfezia. Ask your dealer and do not be fooled by the term Bianchetti. It's not worth it.
