Broiling Beef Strip Loin

Carlo Craccos memorable egg noodle recipe:
Man mixing, 1 kg of coarse salt with 250 grams of sugar and marinate
12 egg yolks in it for 4 to 5 hours.

The whole thing is to be rolled out between two baking paper with a rolling pin
and then pulled a sheet through the pasta machine
